Terms of Use
These terms apply to Time Crisis Astrology: the client portal at timecrisisportal.com, its app, and our sessions, plans and PDFs. Other products from the owner have their own terms. Last updated October 2026.
By creating an account, subscribing, booking a session, or using any Time Crisis Astrology product (the portal, the app, PDFs, gameplans, sessions, emails, texts, or videos), you agree to these terms.
1. Entertainment and education only
Astrology is a long-studied science and an art, and Time Crisis Astrology offers it for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, medical, mental-health, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Our work shows options, not orders. You always have the choice.
2. Your decisions are yours
You are fully responsible for your own choices and actions. Time Crisis Astrology and its owner are not responsible for any decision, action, loss, or outcome that you or anyone else takes or experiences based on our work. We make no promise of any specific result.
3. How we use AI tools and third-party services
To prepare gameplans, PDFs, and other materials, the owner sometimes uses cloud-based AI models (for example Claude and Gemini) and other third-party tools such as cloud storage, payment, and email providers. Your information (such as your name, birth details, goals, and session notes) may be processed on those providers' servers as part of this work. We keep our own chats and files private and do not sell your information, and we do not publish client material. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices, and by using Time Crisis Astrology you agree to this use. Our own storage holds only what we need: name, email, optional phone, time zone, basic device details, and your plan and progress data.
4. Your plans are for your own use
Your gameplans, PDFs, timelines, and portal content are licensed to you for your personal use only. Please don't copy, resell, publish, share, or recreate them or the method behind them, and don't feed them into other tools to build a competing product or service. We may end access if this happens.
5. How access works
Plans and unlocks are delivered over time as your subscription continues (for example, each month's plan, then the next). A subscription includes what the plan page says it includes. Access to current and future plans ends when your subscription ends. We may update plan content over time.
- Your plan opens in the portal once your first payment goes through.
- Lunar Return plans follow your own lunar returns, about every 27 days. You get a plan for every lunar return while you are a member. Some calendar months hold two lunar returns; the second one is included at no extra charge.
- Solar Return plan on monthly billing: your year opens one month at a time, with each monthly payment. Paying for the year opens all 12 months at once.
- Session time: after your intro session, the Lunar plan includes 30 minutes with me each month and the Lunar + Solar plan includes 60 minutes each month. More time is available at the hourly rate on the plan page.
6. Payment, refunds and sessions
- Portal subscriptions: paid in advance and renew until cancelled. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month; yearly plans bill once a year. You can cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your next renewal; it takes effect at the end of your current paid period and stops future charges. If something is wrong with your purchase (for example, something we didn't deliver), contact us within 72 hours of payment and we will refund the amount you paid minus the payment processing fees on that transaction. After 72 hours, payments are final, including partial periods.
- Sessions and readings (hourly time, Quick Looks, and the 3-Year Ladder): all sales are final. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less notice or miss the appointment, that session is forfeited.
- Prices may change for new purchases. Current subscribers keep their price while their subscription stays active.
- Late or failed payments may pause access until resolved.

7. Privacy
We hold only the personal details listed in section 3. We never show your information to other clients. You can ask us to export or delete your account data. Usage and crash information may be collected to improve the app, never your private content, and you can switch it off in Settings.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will say so in the portal. Continuing to use Time Crisis Astrology after an update means you accept it.
9. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant
The Portal may include an AI assistant designed to provide supplementary information or based on your input. PLEASE BE AWARE: You understand that the AI is a complex tool that learns from data. It may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive content. Time Crisis Astrology IS NOT ADVICE. Information provided by the AI is NOT professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.).
10. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your interactions with the AI, for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of its responses, and for your decisions based on any information obtained through the Portal. You agree to use the AI assistant responsibly and not to use it for any illegal, harmful, harassing, or unethical purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability (AI)
We implement reasonable measures to guide the AI, but we do not control its core algorithms or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or non-offensive nature of its output. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Time Crisis Astrology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the AI assistant or any content generated by it.
12. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Portal login credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
13. Intellectual Property
All content developed through the Portal, including gameplans, text, graphics, logos, and the underlying structure, is the property of Time Crisis Astrology or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. (See also section 4 on personal use.)
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Portal, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Portal and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Time Crisis Astrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
