1. Introduction & Acceptance: Welcome to the Time Crisis Astrology Client Portal (the "Portal"). This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Portal and any associated services. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Portal.
2. Description of Services & IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: We provide astrological coaching services, including personalized gameplans based on astrological data. PLEASE NOTE: Our services are for ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and are NOT INTENDED AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. All services, content, insights, and recommendations provided through the Portal, including any output generated by Artificial Intelligence, are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.). Always consult with qualified professionals for specific advice.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant: The Portal may include an AI assistant designed to provide supplementary information or based on your input. PLEASE BE AWARE: You understand that the AI is a complex tool that learns from data. It may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive content. Time Crisis Astrology IS NOT ADVICE. Information provided by the AI is NOT professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.).
4. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interactions with the AI, for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of its responses, and for your decisions based on any information obtained through the Portal. You agree to use the AI assistant responsibly and not to use it for any illegal, harmful, harassing, or unethical purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability (AI): We implement reasonable measures to guide the AI, but we do not control its core algorithms or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or non-offensive nature of its output. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Time Crisis Astrology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the AI assistant or any content generated by it.
6. Account Registration and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Portal login credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
7. Intellectual Property: All content developed through the Portal, including gameplans, text, graphics, logos, and the underlying structure, is the property of Time Crisis Astrology or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Portal, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Portal and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
10. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Time Crisis Astrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
